Providing the Services: We use your Personal Data to deliver AI voice interactions via assigned phone numbers, including recording and transcribing calls. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
Storing and Processing via ElevenLabs: We use Eleven Labs Inc. as a service provider to store and process all recorded and transcribed calls. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you and based on our legitimate interest in delivering the Services.
AI Model Training and Improvement: We use call recordings, transcripts, and related metadata to research, develop, train, and improve our AI voice agents and related services. This includes refining speech recognition, transcription accuracy, and conversation quality. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving our products and services.
Customer Communication: We use your Personal Data to respond to inquiries, send service updates, and provide customer support. This processing is necessary for contract performance and based on our legitimate interest in maintaining our customer relationships.
Billing and Accounting: We process your Personal Data to handle payments and maintain records. This processing is necessary for contract performance.
Fraud Prevention and Security: We process your Personal Data to prevent malicious or illegal activity, protect accounts, and safeguard our Services. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our business and customers.

Call recordings & transcripts: Retained according to our contractual terms with ElevenLabs, and also retained for AI model training and improvement purposes.
Training Data: Retained for as long as needed to support and improve our Services, unless applicable law requires deletion or you exercise a legal right to request deletion.
