Prohibited Use Policy
This Prohibited Use Policy (“Policy”) supplements the Vox247 Terms of Service and applies to your access and use of our Services, including any Inputs you provide and Outputs you receive or create. It also applies to your use within and outside our Website and our Services, whether directly or indirectly, as well as any attempts to engage in such use. Capitalized but undefined terms used herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
Prohibited Uses
1. Do not threaten child safety.
This includes using our Services to:
a) Create, distribute, or promote sexually explicit material involving minors, or otherwise facilitate or promote the exploitation or sexualization of children, including grooming, nudity, or material designed to impersonate a minor. Vox247 will report any apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
b) Create or share age-inappropriate material targeting minors that contains sexual material, graphic violence, obscenity, or other mature themes.
c) Facilitate or promote child abuse or exploitation in any form.
d) Engage in cyberbullying or harassment of minors, including creating or sharing material intended to humiliate, threaten, or harm them.
2. Do not engage in illegal behavior.
This includes:
a) Infringing, misappropriating, or otherwise violating another party’s intellectual property rights.
b) Violating another party’s privacy rights under applicable law.
c) Creating or facilitating the exchange of illegal goods, services, or substances (e.g., drugs, firearms, explosives, counterfeit goods, human trafficking, sexual services).
3. Do not use the Services to facilitate activities that may significantly affect others’ wellbeing.
This includes:
a) Engaging in or promoting controlled goods/services (drugs, medical devices, alcohol, tobacco) without our prior written approval.
b) Providing tailored professional advice (financial, legal, medical, mental health) without (i) a qualified professional reviewing the Output before it’s shared, and (ii) clear disclosure about AI limitations.
c) Facilitating real-money gambling or payday lending.
d) Using AI to make high-stakes automated decisions affecting individuals’ rights or wellbeing.
4. Do not engage in fraudulent, predatory, or abusive practices.
This includes:
a) Deceptive or harmful manipulation, including attempts to obtain unauthorized access to sensitive information (e.g., credit card data, health records).
b) Financial or other scams.
c) Evading Vox247 safety measures or voice verification mechanisms.
d) Engaging in unauthorized robocalling, spam, “call bombing,” or bulk collection of contact details for unsolicited communications.
5. Do not engage in unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful impersonation.
This includes:
a) Replicating another person’s voice without consent or legal right.
b) Harassing or harming someone using a generated voice.
c) Misleading others about whether audio was generated by AI.
6. Do not engage in voter suppression, candidate impersonation, or political campaigning.
This includes:
a) Spreading misleading information to disrupt elections or civic processes.
b) Impersonating political candidates or elected officials.
c) Using the Services for political campaigning, soliciting votes, or raising political donations.
7. Do not engage in unauthorized network access or surveillance.
This includes:
a) Attempting to access systems or networks without authorization.
b) Creating or using malware, spyware, or other unauthorized surveillance tools.
8. Do not create violent, hateful, or harassing material outside fictional contexts.
This includes:
a) Promoting threats, extremism, or terrorism.
b) Facilitating human trafficking, sexual violence, or exploitation.
c) Discriminating based on protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, etc.).
d) Harassing or stalking individuals.
e) Encouraging self-harm or medical misinformation.
9. Do not use the Services in ways contrary to Vox247’s policies, purpose, or mission.
This includes:
a) Selling, reselling, renting, licensing, or sublicensing our Services without written consent.
b) Using Outputs to train or improve competing AI models.
c) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing Service restrictions.
d) Using our Services to build products that directly compete with Vox247.
Other Requirements
1. Disclosure
If you use Vox247 to power an AI agent that interacts with humans, you must clearly disclose that users are speaking with AI and not a human.
2. Human Oversight
If you use the Services to provide professional advice, a qualified human professional must review the content before it is shared.
Enforcement
Enforcement of this Policy is at Vox247’s sole discretion. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of access, and we may contact or cooperate with law enforcement where necessary.

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
